Orchestra conductor Koki
The omnipresent Koki has worked at BWB for 27 years. She is responsible for all production teams: From the grinding shop and the masking shop to pre-assembly and quality control, she keeps track of everything. Nothing escapes Koki’s attention: as soon as an order gets out of the production rhythm, the all-rounder reacts. Their watchful eyes accompany the factory parts through the multifaceted anodising process. Like a conductor, she directs and tempers the work – for a perfectly coordinated interplay.
Tightrope walker Medardo
With a deep baritone and soft Uri dialect, Medardo is the BWB voice to the outside world. On the phone, he talks to customers, provides information about appointments, and coordinates order processing and logistics. Ongoing optimization, coordinating orders and ensuring suitable transport solutions resemble a balancing act. In the event of difficulties, there is also a safety net here: honesty with all parties involved. “Postponements can happen, the important thing is to identify problems early and consult with the customer. When things need to move quickly, Koki is my wild card.”
A functioning co-leadership is based on a clear distribution of tasks and openness. Whether in the orchestra pit or as an artist for dates, the WE is in the foreground.
