The BWB Group is active in the Netherlands with the Alucol brand. At the Alucol plant in Neer, components up to an impressive length of 22 meters can be anodized. The anodizing plant also offers a wide range of colors, from Sandalor Gold and Colinal to the exclusive Alucol Grey. In addition to building facades, Alucol also anodizes industrial parts and ship masts, among many other things.

The BWB plant in Romania has a state-of-the-art automatic anodizing machine for the functional finishing of aluminum for aviation and other industries. The additional application of wet coatings rounds off the company’s range of services.

The Dresden site specializes in chemical, electrolytic and galvanic surface coatings of aluminum, titanium and copper. The company has been a partner to the aviation industry for many years and has the relevant approvals from well-known aircraft manufacturers.

The Stans site specialises in the anodising and passivation of technical and decorative aluminium components for industry. The site has a development laboratory with test equipment, digital measuring microscopy, hardness testing, material analysis and salt spray chamber, which enables the development of individual customer solutions.

The Schlieren site specialises in Ematal anodising technical aluminum components for industry, with versatile applications in pneumatics, hydraulics, valve technology, aerospace, defense, food and semiconductor industries.

EMO-Plastic AG has been dealing with plastics and their processing for about 50 years. The team of EMO-Plastic is specialised in CNC machining of demanding precision parts, in plant engineering, in assembly of plastic subassemblies and in individual solutions. The company guarantees carefully and efficiently produced plastic solutions as well as cost-conscious project management.

BWB-Iten offers various galvanic surface treatments, including chemical nickel plating, tin plating, silver plating and gold plating. In addition, the company offers special pretreatments that allow galvanizing aluminium.
