Are you looking for a new challenge in the fascinating world of surface technology? For our location in Büren an der Aare we are looking for a Co-Teamleader:in Production with immediate effect or by appointment.
Your tasks
- Supervision of the grinding, assembly, anodizing and forwarding process
- Responsible for production planning and its implementation
- Support in the planning of personnel deployment in the grinding shop, assembly, anodization, disassembly and forwarding
- Preparation of shift schedules for the shift workers
- Perform final inspections and quality controls
- Temporary help in other parts of the company
Your profile
- Experience working as a production worker
- Flexible and expeditious way of working
- Good knowledge of German
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Preferably management experience
